Bbq-orange Muffins

Fun chocolate orange muffins cooked in the barbeque embers.
Ingredients
- 6 thick skinned oranges (e.g. Seville) shopping list
- 100g plain flour shopping list
- 80g butter shopping list
- 1 egg, beaten shopping list
- 80g brown sugar shopping list
- 80ml milk shopping list
- 2 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder shopping list
- Lots of foil! shopping list
How to make it
- Cut the top of the oranges and scoop out the insides. Keep the tops as lids!
- Sift the flour into a bowl and add the butter, egg and sugar.
- Stir well, then sift in the baking powder and cocoa.
- Add the milk and mix until just combined, and distribute between the orange skins (they should be about half full).
- Put the lids back on and wrap well in foil and throw onto the hot coals for about 20 minutes, turning a few times.
