Honey Horseradish Spread Recipe

Ingredients

1 T. creamy style horseradish (I used/happened-to-have-on-hand Inglehoffer brand)

1 T. mayonnaise

1 T. buckwheat honey (you can use whatever honey you have on hand, but buckwheat honey has a bitterness and depth that holds its own against the spice and heat of the horseradish)

Directions

Mix together all ingredients.

Look quizzically at tomorrow's already finished and wrapped sandwich in the fridge, wondering aloud why you didn't bother to make this spread before you just slapped some Hellman's on the damn thing. D'oh.
