Honey Horseradish Spread

Perpetually searching for ways to make my workday lunch sandwiches rock a wee bit harder, I concocted this stupefyingly simple spread. Though I'm sure it works on most meat and cheeses, it excels on roast beef and roast pork.
Ingredients
- 1 T. creamy style horseradish (I used/happened-to-have-on-hand Inglehoffer brand) shopping list
- 1 T. mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 T. buckwheat honey (you can use whatever honey you have on hand, but buckwheat honey has a bitterness and depth that holds its own against the spice and heat of the horseradish) shopping list
How to make it
- Mix together all ingredients.
- Look quizzically at tomorrow's already finished and wrapped sandwich in the fridge, wondering aloud why you didn't bother to make this spread before you just slapped some Hellman's on the damn thing. D'oh.
