How to make it

  • Add the egg, sugar and ghee with flour .
  • Add milk , a little at a time and make a soft dough that is easy to handle.
  • Leave for 4 hrs or overnight.
  • Divide dough into 6 equal balls .
  • Use ghee or oil and work on a flat surface .
  • Roll up each ball and twist it into a coil.
  • Roll it again as thin as possible into a round shape.
  • Roll up and coil it again as before.
  • Roll out with a rolling pin or use your hand and flatten it like pizza base , tossing it .
  • Put on a grease ladle .
  • Put the flatten dough .
  • Throw an egg on it .
  • Spread a portion of the fillings in the middle of the dough.
  • Fold the sides and enclose the fillings by wrapping completely.
  • Spread a little ghee and continue cooking.
  • Turn it over and cook the other side.
  • Continue to cook until both sides are crispy and golden in color.
  • Cook the rest 5 balls the same way .
  • Serve with plain curry .
