these are the best breast you have ever put in your mouth....OH YEAH the flavor from the marinade seams to go all the way in so the brests are really tender and full of flavor....hope you enjoy......really great when using mallard brests

Ingredients
  • 1 clove
  • white wine use a good one and cover breasts
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of seasoned salt
  • 1/4 cup of oil or melted butter
  • Bacon strips
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper
  • 2 duck breasts

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients except breasts and bacon.
  2. Cover duck breasts with mixture.
  3. Place in refrigerator for 2-3 days.
  4. Place marinade and breasts in saucepan and cover.
  5. Simmer for 2 hours or until tender. Add water if necessary.
  6. Place breasts in broiler rack and top with bacon.
  7. Broil for 3-5 minutes.

again ! Of course they will be tasty with all that wine soaking in! Since I do not have access to
duck...I'll have to make do with chicken...
