Meat Counter Marinade Recipe
It pays to talk with both the butcher AND the people waiting at the meat counter! Got this one just chit-chatting with some fun people at Amarraca (now defunct grocery store - MISS it!) in the North Hills of Pittsburgh. Great flavor!

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup dry red wine
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • garlic powder, till it smells good

Directions
  1. Poke & marinate london broil for 4 hours in the above. Grill. Boil lefover marinade and use for sauce.

OH Yeah i have all these ingredients at hiome will whip some up and use on the buffalo London broil cut I have out.....THANK YOU for this I was wondering what I was going to do with that piece of meat.
