Tagliatelle Carbonara

- 6 eggs shopping list
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1/4 cup whipping cream shopping list
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley or 1 tbsp. dried shopping list
- 12 oz. tagliatelle or fettuccine shopping list
- 2 tbsp. butter shopping list
- 1 cup chopped onions shopping list
- 1/2 cup diced pancetta shopping list
How to make it
- In a bowl whisk together eggs,Parmesan, whipping creama nd parsley; set aside.
- In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook tagliatelle 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente. Mweanwhile, prepare the sauce.
- In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and pancetta; cook until onions are soft, about 5 minutes. Reduce4 heat to low. Add drained pasta and egg mixture to saucepan; cook, stirring, until egg has thickened but not scrambled. Serve immediately.
