How to make it

  • In a bowl whisk together eggs,Parmesan, whipping creama nd parsley; set aside.
  • In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook tagliatelle 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente. Mweanwhile, prepare the sauce.
  • In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and pancetta; cook until onions are soft, about 5 minutes. Reduce4 heat to low. Add drained pasta and egg mixture to saucepan; cook, stirring, until egg has thickened but not scrambled. Serve immediately.
