Tagliatelle Carbonara Recipe
This is a quick easy pasta for when you want a meal prepared in about 15 minutes.

Ingredients
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley or 1 tbsp. dried
  • 12 oz. tagliatelle or fettuccine
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup diced pancetta

Directions
  1. In a bowl whisk together eggs,Parmesan, whipping creama nd parsley; set aside.
  2. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook tagliatelle 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente. Mweanwhile, prepare the sauce.
  3. In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and pancetta; cook until onions are soft, about 5 minutes. Reduce4 heat to low. Add drained pasta and egg mixture to saucepan; cook, stirring, until egg has thickened but not scrambled. Serve immediately.
