Ingredients
  • 4 apples
  • Cinnimon
  • White suger or may use brown
  • oil

Directions
  1. Slice apples and fry until tender
  2. Add the sugar and cinnimon and mix in during last minute or two of frying
  3. Use to top pork chops or serve on toast
  4. Also good with pork roast
