New way to fix tomatoes

Ingredients
  • 3 Medium tomatoes
  • hot sauce
  • salt
  • sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • Fine bread crumbs{Optional]

Directions
  1. cut out stems end and Half tomatoes crosswise
  2. Sprinkle cut side with hot sauce salt sugar{Amount up to you}
  3. Dot with butter Place in Preheated Broiler 4 inches from source of heat
  4. Broil 7-9 minutes
  5. Sprinle with crumbs
  6. Broil 3 minutes longer
  7. Makes 6 servings
