Broiled Tomatoes

New way to fix tomatoes
Ingredients
- 3 Medium tomatoes shopping list
- hot sauce shopping list
- salt shopping list
- sugar shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons butter shopping list
- Fine bread crumbs{Optional] shopping list
How to make it
- cut out stems end and Half tomatoes crosswise
- Sprinkle cut side with hot sauce salt sugar{Amount up to you}
- Dot with butter Place in Preheated Broiler 4 inches from source of heat
- Broil 7-9 minutes
- Sprinle with crumbs
- Broil 3 minutes longer
- Makes 6 servings
