How to make it

  • In a pan combine chicken black beans, tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, chipotle petters, cumin and garlic powder over medium heat.
  • cook slowly, for about 20 minutes
  • divide rice into four bowls, pour chicken mix on top and garnish with tortilla pieces and sour cream, cheese and lettuce (if you like)
