How to make it

  • Heat the oil and brown the garlic-discard garlic
  • Saute diced onions, peppers and celery for 5 minutes
  • Add tomatoes, wine, bay leaf, salt and pepper
  • Place sauce in a casserole dish with the fish on top
  • Mix the prosciutto, cheese, breadcrumbs together and sprinkle on top of the filets
  • Break up the butter and put on top of the fish
  • Bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees
