How to make it

  • Grease 15" x 10" x 1" baking pan. In shallow bowl combine eggs, cream, sugar, vanilla and salt. Mix welel. Place crushed cereal in shallow bowl. Dip bread in egg mixture, making sure all egg mixture is absorbed (let bread sit for a few seconds). Coat bread with crushed cereal. Place on greased pan and cover. Freeze 1 to 2 hours or until firm. Heat oven to 425 F. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown turning once. Serve with syrup or whipped cream and berries.
