Ingredients
  • 2 tbl butter
  • 6 boneless chicken breast halves, trimmed of all fat
  • 1 C sour cream
  • 1/3 C milk
  • 2 Tbl dijon mustard
  • 1/4 C sliced green onions

Directions
  1. In a 10 inch skillet, melt butter until sizzling; add chciken breasts
  2. Cook over medium heat, turning once, until chicken is browned and fork tender (12 to 15 minutes)
  3. Remove chicken from skillet; set aside
  4. In same skillet, add all remaining ingredients except green onions
  5. Continue cooking, stirring constantly, until sauce is smooth and heated through (1 to 2 minutes)
  6. Serve sauce over chicken, sprinkle with sliced onion
