Stuffed Turkey Rolls

A simple recipe to fill the tummy without having to cook the whole bird.
Ingredients
- 12 turkey slices raw, approx. 2 lbs(I use the packaged scallopini slices) Butcher will cut up a breast for you if you can't find the pre-sliced pkgs. shopping list
- 2 boxes of stove top stuffing, prepared per pkg and cooled (about 6 cups prepared) shopping list
- 1/2 cup melted butter shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1/2 tsp thyme, dry shopping list
- 1/2 tsp rubbed sage, dry shopping list
- 1/2 tsp onion powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- cranberry sauce shopping list
How to make it
- heat oven to 350 f
- mix seasonings together in small bowl, set aside
- scoop up enough stuffing to fill hand and make a ball (about 1/2 cup size)
- wrap turkey around ball and place on greased baking pan.
- Drizzle melted butter on top
- sprinkle seasoning mix on top
- bake for about 30 mts
- serve with cranberry sauce or course!
- great with mashed potatoes and gravy or for lighter
- dish in summer I like a pasta salad or rice
