How to make it

  • In a bowl mix all the ingredients except bread-crumbs.
  • If you have a blender give everything a quick whizz.
  • Shape small handfuls into flat burger shapes.
  • Coat both sides with breadcrumbs
  • Leave them covered in the fridge for 30mins- to- several hours until you're ready to cook
  • To cook- fry on reasonable heat in a squirt of oil, time depends on thickness.

    P.S. I always add oatmeal to my burgers and meatloaf but I've never added spinach or cabbage. Great idea!

    g= grams
    25g= approx 1 ounze

    for this recipe 400g is about 1.5 cups of mince

    Being as I'm from the USA I'm needing a little help with your measurements. What does "g" stand for?
