How to make it

  • Line a 9" x 13" baking dish with parchment paper (so it overhangs the ends) and spritz with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
  • In a very large pot over low heat, combine marshmallows and almond milk, stirring occasionally until melted.
  • When the marshmallows have melted, turn heat up to medium and boil mixture for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat, and stir in puffed Kamut.
  • Turn into baking dish and press down cereal mixture with the back of a damp spoon. Allow to cool completely before cutting.
