Almond - Kamut Krispies

- 4 cups mini marshmallows shopping list
- 1/4 cup unsweetened plain almond milk (I like Almond Breeze) shopping list
- 5 cups puffed Kamut shopping list
How to make it
- Line a 9" x 13" baking dish with parchment paper (so it overhangs the ends) and spritz with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
- In a very large pot over low heat, combine marshmallows and almond milk, stirring occasionally until melted.
- When the marshmallows have melted, turn heat up to medium and boil mixture for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat, and stir in puffed Kamut.
- Turn into baking dish and press down cereal mixture with the back of a damp spoon. Allow to cool completely before cutting.
