Salmon Lime Light Recipe
This recipe has such a unique combination of ingredients and is full of flavor. The bonus is that it is so easy to make and is very healthful. We've added this to our rotation and use it on nights when we need something quick.

Ingredients
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tbsp. teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 tsp herbes de Provence (an herb blend found in most stores)
  • 1 lime, juiced

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Melt butter in oven-safe baking dish. Place salmon fillets into dish.
  2. Mix teriyaki sauce, onions, herbs and lime juice. Pour evenly over salmon.
  3. Bake 6-8 minutes. Serves 2.
