French peas

- 1 packet of frozen peas shopping list
- 1 butterhead lettuce shopping list
- 1 shallot shopping list
- 100 ml of stock shopping list
- butter shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
- pinch of sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Fry the shallot in a big cast iron pot in oil and butter until tender.
- Add the washed and shredded lettuce, allow this to reduce.
- Add the peas and stock and gently simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add salt, pepper and some sugar.
