This is very easy and delish if you love salmon! Al;l the flavors go so well together

Ingredients
  • 1, lb can salmon, boned and drained
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 tbs fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp grated onion
  • 1 tsp horseradish
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt
  • 3/4 tsp liquid smoke
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cupped chopped parsley

Directions
  1. Mix all together into a ball shape except for nuts and parsley.
  2. Chill several hours.
  3. Befor serving, roll salmon in the nuts and parsley.
  4. Place on decorative plate with lettuce leaves and lemon wedges.
  5. Serve with assorted crackers and cocktail breads
