I made these last week while I was working. Came home and roasted some asparagus, boiled some corn on the cob and baked several frozen garlic bread sticks . . . . Dinner was served! A great dinner for a work night too.

I never would have thought to put ribs in the crockpot, I always use the electric skillet. Thanks for the idea!
