How to make it

  • Dissolve bouillon in hot water.
  • In a medium mixing bowl combine bouillon, un-drained pineapple, chicken, egg, bread crumbs, celery, and parsley flakes.
  • Mix until well blended but pineapple is still chunky.
  • Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto crackers.
  • Arrange 8 crackers in a circle on a dinner plate lined with 2 layers of paper toweling.
  • Place 1 or 2 crackers in center of circle.
  • Micro-cook, uncovered, on 100% (HIGH) 1 to 2 minutes or until hot, rotating a half-turn after 30 seconds.
  • Repeat with remaining appetizers.
  • Make 50 appetizers.
