Pineapple - Herb Chicken Appetizers

- 1 tablespoon instant chicken bouillon granules shopping list
- 1/3 cup hot water shopping list
- 1 8-ounce can crushed pineapple shopping list
- 1 5-ounce can chicken, drained and chopped shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 cup fine dry seasoned bread crumbs shopping list
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery (optional) shopping list
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes shopping list
- Assorted crackers shopping list
How to make it
- Dissolve bouillon in hot water.
- In a medium mixing bowl combine bouillon, un-drained pineapple, chicken, egg, bread crumbs, celery, and parsley flakes.
- Mix until well blended but pineapple is still chunky.
- Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto crackers.
- Arrange 8 crackers in a circle on a dinner plate lined with 2 layers of paper toweling.
- Place 1 or 2 crackers in center of circle.
- Micro-cook, uncovered, on 100% (HIGH) 1 to 2 minutes or until hot, rotating a half-turn after 30 seconds.
- Repeat with remaining appetizers.
- Make 50 appetizers.
