Easy peasy cole slaw with a great fresh taste

Ingredients
  • 1/2 head of cabbage, shredded
  • 2 carrots, shredded
  • 6 radishes, sliced thin
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 small sweet Vidalia onion, chopped fine
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup sunflower kernels
  • about 1/2 of my homemade mayonnaise recipe (posted on this site)

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients and serve chilled.
