Creamy Italian Dressing

Well, what can I say ...it's creamy Italian salad dressing!
Ingredients
- 2-4 cloves crushed garlic shopping list
- 1/2 medium tomato, chopped shopping list
- 3 tablespoons good vinegar (I like apple cider vinegar in this dressing) shopping list
- 1/2 cup yogurt shopping list
- 1/2 cup packed fresh parsley shopping list
- 2 teaspoons dried basil or 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh basis. shopping list
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano or 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh oregano shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon fresh ground pepper shopping list
- 1 teaspoon celery seed shopping list
- 1/2 cup olive oil. shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients except oil in the blender. With blender on slowest speed, slowly add the oil. Makes about 2 cups.
