Creamy Italian Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

2-4 cloves crushed garlic

1/2 medium tomato, chopped

3 tablespoons good vinegar (I like apple cider vinegar in this dressing)

1/2 cup yogurt

1/2 cup packed fresh parsley

2 teaspoons dried basil or 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh basis.

2 teaspoons dried oregano or 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh oregano

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon fresh ground pepper

1 teaspoon celery seed

1/2 cup olive oil.

Directions

Combine all ingredients except oil in the blender. With blender on slowest speed, slowly add the oil. Makes about 2 cups.
