Couscous With Mushrooms

- 3 cups chicken stock shopping list
- 2 cups quick cooking couscous shopping list
- 3 green onions thinly sliced shopping list
- 4 tablespoons toasted pine nuts shopping list
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced mushrooms shopping list
- Minced parsley for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- In a large saucepan over medium high heat bring stock to a boil.
- Stir in couscous, onions, nuts and mushrooms.
- Immediately remove from heat then cover and let stand 5 minutes.
- Serve garnished with parsley.
