Oatmeal Peanut Butter Scotchies Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cream butter, peanut butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla.
  • Stir in oats, baking soda butterscotch chips and pecans until well combined.
  • Drop by spoon on lined cookie trays. bake at 350F for about 12 mins.
  • Cool 5 mins. then remove to cooling trays.
