Crab-Stuffed Cucumbers

- 6 ounces whipped cream cheese shopping list
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 8 ounces Imitation crab meat shopping list
- 1/4 cup Shredded sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
- 2 large cucumbers shopping list
- toothpicks shopping list
How to make it
- Blend the cream cheese, W-shire sauce and garlic powder.
- Add the crab meat and cheddar.
- Peel the cucumbers, or stripe them (leaving a strip of peel in place in a pattern).
- Cut the cucumbers in half THE LONG WAY, and remove all the seeds.
- Spoon the filling into the cucumber boats.
- Wrap the filled boats in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
- Just before serving, unwrap the boats and cut them into 1/2-inch slices.
- Serve with toothpicks to pick them up.
- Be sure to keep them quite cold when you serve them. It pays off.

These are just okay. Tasted like Worcestershire sauce. Not much crab flavor. Even though I refrigerated 24hrs, the filling kept falling out of the cucumber as I was putting them on a plate. Posted a review in "I Made It II:" more
