How to make it

  • Cut tops off tomatoes, take inside of tomatoes and set aside.
  • Brown ground beef, drain, add chopped onion, chopped bell peppers, crushed garlic, rosemary, oregano, thyme, sage and inside of tomatoes.
  • Cook on medium heat until well vegetables are soft and tomatoes makes sauce.
  • Stuff tomatoes with meat, place cheese on top and put on baking sheet in oven at 275 until cheese melts.
