    A lot of people put the cilantro in theirs..I personally don't care much for the cilantro though, and it tastes just as good without it! Thanks for the comment...it does sound kinda good, doesn't it?

    I love pico de gallo during the summer months. It is so refreshing. My recipe is similiar except I put fresh cilantro in mine. Thanks for posting. I'm going to make this with some of my left over tomatoes. Yummy!
