Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon dried mint
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup coffee liqueur
  • 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 lbs lean bonless lamb cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
  • olive oil

Directions
  1. blend first four ingredients in mortar and pestle
  2. combine with coffe liquer and lemon juice
  3. measure out 2 tablespoons for basting lamb while grilling
  4. thread lamb onto soaked skewers, oil lightly with olive oil
  5. grill over hot coals for 8-10 minuites turning once, baste with basting sauce
  6. serve lamb with remaining sauce for dipping
