How to make it

  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Pour into 2 quart round glass baking dish.
  • Bake at 375 degrees 45 - 60 minutes until lightly browned on top.
  • Fort inserted will not come out clean because of the cheese.
  • Top each serving with a dollop of butter, or serve "as is."

    Oh. Yes. Please. :D

    I wasn't hungry til I read this - now I am!

    We don't have corn muffin mix over here in the UK, but I make corn muffins from scratch quite often. I'm guessing that if I just mix all the dry ingredients for corn muffins together and then use that instead it would work out right. What do you think?

    If there's a different substitution that would work, please let me know.
