Cheesy Corn Pudding

- 8 oz grated sharp cheese shopping list
- 1 can creamed corn shopping list
- 1 can white or yellow kernel corn (undrained) shopping list
- 1 stick unsalted butter shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix shopping list
- 8 ounces fat-free sour cream shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients.
- Pour into 2 quart round glass baking dish.
- Bake at 375 degrees 45 - 60 minutes until lightly browned on top.
- Fort inserted will not come out clean because of the cheese.
- Top each serving with a dollop of butter, or serve "as is."
