How to make it

  • On a grill or stove top, cook chicken breast until golden brown. Set aside.
  • In a medium size pan, olive oil, garlic untill golden brown, add bandy and leek, cook untill leek is tender, add heavy cream, salt and pepper, cook until it desoved and thick.
  • In a serving large size plate, place chicken and top with bandy cream
  • and ready to serve....can be serve over rice or vegetable. ENJOY

    Ok Thanks, I thought maybe it was Brandy, but WOW that seems alot of Brandy in a dish. But who am I to say what is too much :-) Will certainly have to give this one a try, as well as so many others.
