Ingredients
  • 3 garlic cloves (kratiem), minced
  • 12 mixed green and red jarapeno peppers (prik chee fa and prik chee fa daeng), sliced
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 lb (500 g) ground/minced chicken
  • 1/4 cup (2 fl oz/60 ml) fish sauce (nam pla)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup basil leaves, if doesn't have (bai ga-prow)
  • 1/4 cup thick soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup of oster sauce
  • 2 teaspoon of shimp pasted (can be find in any Asia market)
  • 4 eggs (fried over hard)
  • 1 hole cucumber ( sliced)
  • 2 leaves of lemon leaves thinly slice.

Directions
  1. Place the garlic, shimp pasted and peppers in a mortar and mash it until a paste is formed.
  2. Heat a large saute pan to medium-high heat, add oil and garlic paste, slice of lemon leaves and stir for 1 minute.
  3. Add the ground chicken, cook for about 10 min. or until cook though Add fish sauce, thick soy sauce, oster sauce and sugar. Continue to cook until the sauce is reduced. Toss in the Basil leaves.
  4. Top with cucumber.
  5. May be serve with egg over easy or overhard..wish prefer..
