How to make it

  • Preheat bbq or grill.
  • In a bowl, mix turkey, chiles, cheese, pepper and 1 1/2 cups salsa. Shape mixture into 12 patties about 3/4 inch thick.
  • Grill paddies over medium heat 12 to 15 minutes, turning once. Paddies should be firm to touch.
  • Serve burgers on buns with tomato slices, lettuces, cucumber and additional salsa.
