How to make it
- Cut collard greens into 1/2-inch strips.
- Wash well and drain.
- Bring salt water to boil, add greens and bring to a boil again.
- Simmer for 5 minutes or until tender.
- Sauté garlic and onion in a little oil until tender.
- Add greens and season with salt and pepper.
