How to make it

  • Slice tomatoes about 3/8-inch thick.
  • Cut mozzarella into 3/8-inch thick slices.
  • Arrange tomato and mozzarella on a plate, alternating slices.
  • Garnish with some basil leaves, drizzle with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper

    perfect, created a dressing combining the oil ect with fresh garlic.... but ty for keeping it just so basic and so good.
