How to make it

  • In an 8 to 12 oz. Pilsner or Collins glass, cover mint leaves with ginger syrup and muddle lightly until the mint begins to release its aromas.
  • Fill the glass with ice and add gin and lemon-lime juice.
  • Top off with ginger ale.
  • Using a bar spoon, stir the drink from the bottom up to mix.
  • Garnish with lime wedge.
