How to make it

  • Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth.
  • Refrigerate.
  • The flavor is better after a couple of hours.
  • This is as close as I’ve been able to come to this great dressing. When compared directly to the restaurant’s version, it seems to lack a bit of an “eggy” flavor, and I haven’t figured out how to add that yet. This is pretty good so far, but next time I'll use Hellmann's regular mayo, or even homemade.
