Mexican Speghetti

- 1 pound ground beef shopping list
- 1 pound hot pork sausage shopping list
- 1 cup chopped onions shopping list
- 2 cups chopped Rotel tomatoes shopping list
- 8 oz cooked speghetti shopping list
- 1 pound Velveeta cheese shopping list
- 1/2 pkg grated mozorella cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Brown meat and onions in heavy skillet; drain off fat.
- Add remaining ingredients except cheese.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Pour into greased baking dish; bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
- Top with cheese.
- Return to oven for 10 or more minutes until cheese melts.
