Mexican Speghetti Recipe
This is a different twist on speghetti... all you need to complete this is a good salad...and some french bread..

Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound hot pork sausage
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 2 cups chopped rotel tomatoes
  • 8 oz cooked speghetti
  • 1 pound velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 pkg grated mozorella cheese

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Brown meat and onions in heavy skillet; drain off fat.
  3. Add remaining ingredients except cheese.
  4. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Pour into greased baking dish; bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
  6. Top with cheese.
  7. Return to oven for 10 or more minutes until cheese melts.

This sounds really good. It is an international food...Mexican name, Italian spaghetti and French bread. LOL
