How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Mix all ingridients, and drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake 12-15 minutes.

    OMG! I'm so glad you posted these -- I have Ricotta in the fridge I have to use up and these sound amazing!! Of course, I will eat them all--! My border collie, Elizabeth, and I. And I keep telling her that goodies like this go straight to our hips!! This gets a 5! Now, Mom, do you have something quick and easy I can do with the mascarpone I need to use up?? X0
