Bacon and Creamy Fettuccini

- 1 package (16 oz) bacon, cut into 1/2" pieces (You could also use cubed ham or pancetta too) shopping list
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced shopping list
- 6 green onion, sliced shopping list
- 8 oz fettuccine, uncooked shopping list
- 1 packaged (8 oz) cream cheese, cubed shopping list
- 2/3 cup milk shopping list
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp dried basil leaves, crushed shopping list
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme leave, crushed shopping list
- 1 small tomato, chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Cook Bacon until crisp; drain. Add mushrooms and onions to bacon in skillet; cook and stir 4 minutes. Set aside.
- Meanwhile, cook fettucine as directed on package in large saucepan; drain.
- Return fettuccine to saucepan; add cream cheese, milk and seasonings. Cook and stir on medium heat until cream cheese melts.
- Toss bacon mixture with fettucine mixture; sprinkle with tomato.
