Roasted Shrimp

- Prep time includes peeling shrimp--who knows how long you will take! shopping list
- 1 Pound large shrimp, Peeled and Deveined With Tails left on shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon olive or canola oil shopping list
- lemon-optional shopping list
- cocktail sauce-optional shopping list
How to make it
- Toss prepared shrimp with oil and any seasoning you desire, such as just salt or salt and lemon, depending on use.
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- Spread shrimp on a baking sheet (jelly roll pan is best) in a single layer and roast for 5-8 minutes or until shrimp become opaque.
- Time depends on size of shrimp but should probably average about 5-6 minutes.
- Of course you can toss these with any thing you like to season them. but they are delicious just plain roasted.
