Roasted Shrimp Recipe
This is one of the easiest and tastiest ways I have found to prepare shrimp for a cocktail or almost any use, when you want to eat Bare Shrimp!

Ingredients
  • Prep time includes peeling shrimp--who knows how long you will take!
  • 1 Pound Large Shrimp, Peeled and Deveined With Tails left on
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive or Canola Oil
  • lemon-optional
  • cocktail sauce-optional

Directions
  1. Toss prepared shrimp with oil and any seasoning you desire, such as just salt or salt and lemon, depending on use.
  2. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  3. Spread shrimp on a baking sheet (jelly roll pan is best) in a single layer and roast for 5-8 minutes or until shrimp become opaque.
  4. Time depends on size of shrimp but should probably average about 5-6 minutes.
  5. Of course you can toss these with any thing you like to season them. but they are delicious just plain roasted.
