How to make it

  • Toss prepared shrimp with oil and any seasoning you desire, such as just salt or salt and lemon, depending on use.
  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  • Spread shrimp on a baking sheet (jelly roll pan is best) in a single layer and roast for 5-8 minutes or until shrimp become opaque.
  • Time depends on size of shrimp but should probably average about 5-6 minutes.
  • Of course you can toss these with any thing you like to season them. but they are delicious just plain roasted.
