Pork Chops Simmered In Mushroom Soup with rice

- 4-6 pork chops shopping list
- 1 Large can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 4 tbsp oil shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- cooked rice with a couple of splashes soy sauce mixed in. shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil in skillet over Medium-High heat.
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper, add to heated oil.
- Fry pork chops until slightly done. Remove from pan.
- Drain 1/2 of the oil from the pan, add entire can of soup, stir into remaining oil, and add pork chops.
- Reduce heat to Medium, and simmer for about 30 minutes.
- To each plate add some rice, place 1 pork chop on top, and spoon on soup gravy!
