How to make it

  • Heat oil in skillet over Medium-High heat.
  • Season pork chops with salt and pepper, add to heated oil.
  • Fry pork chops until slightly done. Remove from pan.
  • Drain 1/2 of the oil from the pan, add entire can of soup, stir into remaining oil, and add pork chops.
  • Reduce heat to Medium, and simmer for about 30 minutes.
  • To each plate add some rice, place 1 pork chop on top, and spoon on soup gravy!

    My mom used to make this all the time when I was growing up and I refused to eat it because of the mushroom soup.. Now I crave it all the time! Try adding Onion Soup Mix to the mushroom soup, the flavor is much better :)

    Thankya, Thankya!! It is VERY easy to make...that for me, is the best way for food to be...EASY to make! I have three LITTLE ones, and they are always ready to eat!;0)
