Pork Chops Simmered In Mushroom Soup With Rice Recipe
I made this one night after I found pork chops on sale really cheap and we were all sick and tired of eating them night after night, and needed something different!

Ingredients
  • 4-6 pork chops
  • 1 Large can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice with a couple of splashes Soy sauce mixed in.

Directions
  1. Heat oil in skillet over Medium-High heat.
  2. Season pork chops with salt and pepper, add to heated oil.
  3. Fry pork chops until slightly done. Remove from pan.
  4. Drain 1/2 of the oil from the pan, add entire can of soup, stir into remaining oil, and add pork chops.
  5. Reduce heat to Medium, and simmer for about 30 minutes.
  6. To each plate add some rice, place 1 pork chop on top, and spoon on soup gravy!
