Ingredients

2 fresh Atlantic cod steaks

1 lemon

butter

salt & pepper

Fresh basil

Directions

Wash cod steaks

line a baking dish with foil

place a few slices of butter on top of the cod

squeeze lemon, salt, pepper, and place a few basil leaves on the fish

cover with foil and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes

do not overcook

Had to give it a 5 because I'm notoriously picky about fish- husband always loves it, I usually hate it, but this was SO delicious, I couldn't stop talking about it! So simple but exactly right!
