Bourbon Basted Salmon

- 1/2 cup bourbon shopping list
- 1/2 cupolive oil shopping list
- 3 tblsp reduced sodium soy sauce shopping list
- 4 salmon fillets or steaks(3/4 to 1 ins thick)about 2 lbs shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 450
- line baking pan with foil
- in a small bowl, combine bourbon,oil and soy sauce,whisk until blended
- place salmon, skin side down in the baking pan
- brush with some of the basting mixture
- bake,uncovered,basting 2 or three times,for 15 to 20 min
- or until fish flakes with a fork
- in a small saucepan,bring remaining basting mixture to boil,over med -high heat
- reduce the heat and simmer 3 to 4 min
- transfer salmon fillets to dinner plates and serve basting mixture on t he side
