Chicken and Rigatoni

- 6 to 8 breaded chicken tenders shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper shopping list
- 1/2 pound rigatoni shopping list
- 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans tomatoes shopping list
- 1 (4oz) can V8 juice shopping list
- 1/2 tomato can water shopping list
- 1/2 tsp basil shopping list
- 1/2 tsp oregano shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Saute the chicken tenders,onion,and green pepper in large non stick skillet that has been sprayed with veg oil cooking spray
- cook until lightly browned
- cook rigatoni according to package directions,until just tender
- drain and keep warm
- when chicken is done,blot off any fat that cooked out
- add the tomatoes,V8 juice,water and pasta
- stir int he seasoning and simmer until well blended
