I got this recipe from one of my student's parents. It is the best pasta salad I have ever made! Very refreshing on a hot summer day!

Ingredients
  • 3 small tomatoes diced
  • 2 small cucumbers peeled and diced
  • 1 med. onion diced
  • 1 package Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 1 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 cups rotini or elbow pasta cooked and drained

Directions
  1. Mix Ranch dressing, mayo, and milk together.
  2. Add first three ingredients.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Add cooded and drained pasta. Fold in.
  5. Chill overnight.
