Wont Last Long Olive Nut Spread Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans
  • 1 cup chopped salad olives
  • 2 tablespoons olive juice
  • dash of black pepper
  • cayenne to taste

Directions
  1. In bowl, mix cream cheese and mayonnaise together with fork
  2. Add pecans, olives, olive juice, pepper, stirring well
  3. This will be a little mushy, but that's just the way it is supposed to be
  4. Refrigerate at least 24 hours, it then will become thicker
  5. Sprinkle with cayenne before serving
  6. Great served on a very thin slice of toast or rye bread
  7. Also great with crackers
  8. Other favorite ingredients could be added
