How to make it

  • In bowl, mix cream cheese and mayonnaise together with fork
  • Add pecans, olives, olive juice, pepper, stirring well
  • This will be a little mushy, but that's just the way it is supposed to be
  • Refrigerate at least 24 hours, it then will become thicker
  • Sprinkle with cayenne before serving
  • Great served on a very thin slice of toast or rye bread
  • Also great with crackers
  • Other favorite ingredients could be added
