The Canterbury Smoothie

- 1 1/2 cup ripe cantaloupe pieces shopping list
- 1 cup frozen raspberries shopping list
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice shopping list
- 1 large banana shopping list
- 2 large scoops vanilla frozen yogurt shopping list
How to make it
- Put the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add milk or ice for the right consistency, if required.

Very Good! I used regular vanilla yogurt for the frozen yogurt though. And I did have to use some milk to get it moving in the blender. Is was thick, creamy and absolutely delicious. I got two large smoothies out of this. More in IMI: more
