Quick And Delicious Carrot Nut Bread

- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 3/4 cup Wesson Oil shopping list
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups flour shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking powder shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- pinch of salt shopping list
- 1 cup grated raw carrots shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts shopping list
How to make it
- In large bowl, mix in order given, adding eggs one at a time
- Divide batter into 2 bread loaf pans
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes
- Test for doneness with toothpick in center, if toothpick comes out clean, bread is done
- Remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes
- Turn onto wire rack to cool
- When ready to serve, slice the bread
