How to make it

  • In large bowl, mix in order given, adding eggs one at a time
  • Divide batter into 2 bread loaf pans
  • Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes
  • Test for doneness with toothpick in center, if toothpick comes out clean, bread is done
  • Remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes
  • Turn onto wire rack to cool
  • When ready to serve, slice the bread

    Printed recipe out & began shredding carrots in blender and looked more thoroughly, and no eggs given, but told in directions to add eggs one at a time. I used two. Results OK, but shouldn't the no. of eggs be put in recipe? Anyone who made this & had success, how many did you use?
