Try this refreshing fruit desert, mix of your flavor fruit, combined in coconut milk, flour ball and crushed iced.

Ingredients
  • All your flavorit fruit, cut into small thin sliced or Thai assorted fruit, if availble
  • Jackfruit, Rubertan, Mangosteen, Longan, Langsat, Taro and Pineapple.
  • 1 can Coconut milk
  • 1 cups sugar or to taste
  • 2 cups crushed ice
  • 1 cup Thai rice flour

Directions
  1. In a mixing bowl, add rice flour and water a little at a time to form a small ball, or flate out the flour and cut into small thinly sliced (optional). Bring to boil about 10 minutes or until flour are done. Drain and raised in cold water to seperated the flour ball.
  2. * if desire add food coloring into your flour mixture to form color for presentation.
  3. In a small cooking pot, add coconut milk bring to boil, add sugar and cook until sugar are disolved. Add cooked flour ball. Removed from heat to cool.
  4. When coconut mixture is cool, add fruit Combine well.
  5. Place coconut mixture into a serving bowl, top with crushed iced and it ready to serve.
  6. Enjoy!!

Yum yum yum!!thanks soo much!! finally:) and thanks for the note about the food coloring, i would have never have figured that out and always said hmm.. i know there were multi colored things in there :)
