Ingredients

2 ounces Absolut Citron vodka

Freshly squeezed juice from 1/2 lemon

2 tsp. sugar

1 oz. Sweet & Sour mix

Lemon peel from 1/2 lemon

Ice to fill shaker

Sugar to rim glass

Directions

Mix vodka, juice, sugar, and sweet and sour together in a large glass

Add lemon peel to shaker and mash into crushed ice

Add mix, shake and strain into an iced cocktail glass rimmed with sugar.
